Ravenclaw House prizes intelligence, creativity, resourcefulness, cleverness, knowledge, and wit in its members.Thus, many Ravenclaws tend to be academically motivated and talented students.
I think Ray is most fit for Ravenclaw because of his extensive knowledge of the technicalities of music and the equipment. During interviews, it’s always him that is chosen by the other members to talk more about the process of creating the music and the intricacies and small details of what they have created and how they have done it. His approach to some things is really unique and thoughtful. He really knows his stuff and the passion and knowledge of what he’s doing really shines through.
Also, and unfortunately I can’t find the article at the moment, there was a time when he and Frank were quizzed and he proved himself to be really smart and quick thinking with math and riddles.
